Privacy notice

Last updated October 2026.

Who is responsible

Lizzy Langton’s, Convent St, Tallow, Co. Waterford, P51 VY83, handles the information you submit through this website. For privacy questions, email natkeniry11@gmail.com.

Function enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we use your name, email, phone number and event details to reply, discuss availability and, if you wish, arrange a booking. The information is needed to take steps at your request before a possible booking. We do not use it for marketing and the website does not add it to a customer database.

Where the information goes and how long it stays

The enquiry is sent through Amazon Web Services email delivery to Nat’s designated Gmail inbox. Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. The website does not send an automatic customer email.

Technical records

To protect the form and prevent repeat delivery, the service keeps keyed, non-readable fingerprints and delivery states for up to seven days. Server logs are retained for 14 days and are configured not to contain form contents. The hosting and email providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the service.

Cookies and analytics

This version uses no advertising trackers, marketing cookies or behavioural analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask for it to be erased or its use restricted where the law allows. Email natkeniry11@gmail.com with your request. You can also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
